Dear Aviva Community Fund
There are now 11 Youth from Sheguiandah First Nation who would like to attend another charity paintball event in Kitchener, Ontario. They are Bradley Shawanda, Eric Wemigwans, Tony Roy, Toby Thompson, Brandon Shawanda, Lance Shawanda, Cole Wemigwans, Dakota Shawanda, as well as a few more from this First Nation would also like to join also providing we get the dollars raised for all to go. They would also like to have there own training grounds.
They will be playing against other teams from around Ontario and the proceeds from this event will be given to the Toys for Tots program for the children of the Kitchener and surrounding area. This event will be on November 27th at the Flag Raiders field in Kitchener.
Therefore we are requesting a minimum donation of $1000.00 to assist with the expenses to attend this Charity Event called “Operation Rogue Elf 4" Under The Mistle Toe” . During the last game Team Spetsnaz attended the Youth raised just a little under $1000 for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Also I seen the youth who don’t always get along grow up into leaders, and put a real effort into what they were doing. They were also well behaved which surprised most parents. These young men need your help in continue with this Team.
In closing I think this would continue to be beneficial to all youth of Sheguiandah First Nation regardless of age, sex, height or weight. This is one of the world fastest growing extreme sports and the interest from our youth is amazing. We have 6 bingos scheduled but still would need a major sponsor from your organization. They would also like to extend their deepest Thanks we couldn’t have done it without you. Chi Meegwetch
