My suggestion is for local governments to encourage green living by subsidizing the cost of adding green improvements to our households. Examples of these might be solar heating panels on roofs, wind power where acceptable, and grey water collection for flushing toilets, and irrigation. This could be achieved through property tax credits.Discuss this idea:
